early this morning. The visibility may be reduced to below a
quarter mile in spots. Fog is expected to clear within a couple
of hours after sunrise.

Motorists this morning should proceed with extra caution and be
prepared for rapid changes in visibility. Use low beam headlights
and allow for extra space between vehicles.
