Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches, mainly in higher terrain areas. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Southern Cayuga, and Tompkins Counties. Mainly at higher elevations. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds will cause blowing snow at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mixed rain and wet snow in early afternoon, will become narrow bands of accumulating lake effect snow late afternoon through Monday.
