WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy rainfall earlier this afternoon has resulted in
persistent flooding along the Colorado River Valley, particularly
in Fort Mohave. Ongoing light rainfall will continue to exacerbate
this issue from Searchlight down through Laughlin, Needles, and
Lake Havasu City as clean up efforts persist.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following
county, Mohave, southern California, including the following
county, San Bernardino, and southern Nevada, including the
following county, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM PDT /1245 AM MST/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 937 PM PDT /937 PM MST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Laughlin, Topock, Highway 95
At Mile Marker 29, Katherine Landing, Parker Dam, Needles,
Arizona Village, Mohave Valley, Mojave Ranch Estates, Highway
95 And I-40, Mesquite Creek, Big Bend Rec Area, Oatman,
Desert Hills, Cal-Nev-Ari, Vidal Junction, Three Dunes
Campground and Black Meadow Landing Campground.
