For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected. * WHERE...Estancia Valley. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 7 PM MDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
