Total snow accumulations generally between 3 and 7 inches with higher amounts of 6 to 12 inches on Raton Pass. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, creating periods of "white-out" conditions. * WHERE...Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass, and Union County. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire traction will be reduced. Extend the distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. This includes along portions of I-25 and US 64/87.
