For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 4 to 7 ft. * WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be several hours lull in the winds behind the passage of the cold front Sunday afternoon before winds shift to the west-northwest overnight Sunday into early Monday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution.
