* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to 1/4 to 1/2 NM. For the Small Craft Advisory,
southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 4
to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ
out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be several hours lull in the
winds behind the passage of the cold front Sunday afternoon
before winds shift to the west-northwest overnight Sunday into
early Monday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
