North-northwest winds sustained 15-25 MPH and gusts 20-35 MPH.

Counties.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening commute. Gusty winds could lead
to areas of blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibility.
