gusting as high as 40 mph. This will cause some blowing and
drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, the panhandle, and
west central Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact this morning and evening commutes.
