in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 209 Loup Rivers Basin.

* TIMING...Noon CDT / 11 AM MDT to 10 PM CDT / 9 PM MDT or the red
flag warning. Noon CDT through 9 PM CDT Tuesday for the fire
weather watch.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph today.
Northwest 15 to 25 with gusts up to 35 MPH Tuesday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Falling to 17 to 22 percent today. Around 20
percent Tuesday.

* TEMPERATURES...Upper 80s today. Upper 70s Tuesday
