* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected. Total
snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to two
tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast and
southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds will
cause tree damage.

expected.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Clay and Wilkin Counties. In North Dakota,
Eddy, Barnes, Cass, Griggs, Ransom, Richland, and Sargent Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Tuesday to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
