Snowfall rates will reach 1 to 2 inches per hour at times. Drifting snow, patchy blowing snow, and freezing drizzle are expected in addition to heavy snow. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central Minnesota and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Heavy snow rates will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday early morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
