For the Gale Watch, north to northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft possible. * WHERE...Currituck Sound. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
