* WHERE...Big Black River near Bovina.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Several access roads along and near the
river are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 30.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 31 feet Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 28 feet.
