* At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen in the past half hour. Additional rainfall amounts up
to a half inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

numerous closed roads due to high water as a result of recent
heavy rainfall. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 7
inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in
the warned area later today. This flood warning replaces the
previous warning which expires at 1045 am.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Kirksville, Trenton, Macon, Brookfield, Bethany, Marceline,
Milan, Unionville, Albany, La Plata, Lancaster, Princeton, Grant
City, Bevier, Green City, Queen City, Jamesport, Bucklin and
