Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 448 PM CST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
