one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti,
Scott, Blue Earth, Le Sueur, and Watonwan Counties. In Wisconsin,
Polk County.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
