Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Southwest Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Martin, Watonwan, and Redwood Counties. * WHEN...1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
