* WHAT...Areas of dense fog and freezing fog with visibility as low
as one quarter mile.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central,
southeast, and west central Minnesota and northwest and west
central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Freezing fog may deposit onto untreated or lesser traveled roads,
bridges and overpasses, creating slippery spots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
