For the Gale Watch, west winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft possible. * WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN, Grand Marais to Taconite Harbor MN and Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM to 9 AM CST Tuesday.
