...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero expected. * WHERE...Crow Wing, Aitkin, Pine, Cass, Itasca, Carlton, South and Central St. Louis, Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band, the Grand Portage Reservation, the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake, Hinckley, Lena Lake and, Big Sandy Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion and, Deer Creek areas. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills may warm into the negative teens during the day Saturday, but more overnight wind chills in the negative 30s are expected Saturday night into Sunday. Isolated areas to 45 below zero are possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. &&
