* WHERE...Straits of Mackinac within 5 nm of Mackinac Bridge
including Mackinac Island, St Ignace to False Detour Channel,
5NM East of Mackinac Bridge to Presque Isle Light MI including
Bois Blanc Island, Presque Isle Light to Sturgeon Pt MI
Including Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Sturgeon
Pt to Alabaster MI.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous highest waves will
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

7 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain transitioning to wind-driven heavy snow
tonight and Monday. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 14
inches and ice accumulations up to a quarter of an inch. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause
local power outages. Localized whiteout conditions are expected
tonight and Monday. Persons should consider delaying all travel.
Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely
necessary.
