Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 2 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
