...GALE WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SUNDAY... ...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM EST EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 7 to 12 feet expected. * WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While a lull will be likely this afternoon waves upwards of 10 feet will be likely. Northwest Gales will increase again this evening with waves upwards of 13 feet likely. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions. &&
