For the Gale Warning, north winds 15 to 25 kt with a few gale force gusts up to 35 kt possible and waves 1 to 4 ft expected. * WHERE...Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EST Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
