* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will continue to result in
highly variable travel conditions. Occasional wind gusts to 50 mph
continue to be recorded along and east of I-69.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Snow accumulations between 3
and 5 inches with locally higher snow amounts of 6 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 50 to 55 mph will cause blowing and drifting
snow accompanied by visibility of less than 1/4 mile at times.

* WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien, and St.
Joseph MI Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.
