Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph leading to blowing snow this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 6 and 12 inches and ice accumulations up to one quarter of an inch possible. Locally higher snow amounts will be possible and locally higher ice amounts in excess of a quarter of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Antrim and Otsego Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday.
