* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saco River at Conway.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning to late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Expect flooding of private roads in Conway
and North Conway. Minor flooding in Transvale Acres, Moat Brook
Bridge, and the lower part of E. Road flood. Low portions of area
campgrounds can begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 3.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 9.5 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
