For the Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 2 to 5 ft possible. * WHERE...Penobscot Bay and Casco Bay. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM EST Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
