...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 10 PM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts near 40 to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern Delaware, northeast Maryland, central, northern, northwest, and southern New Jersey, and east central and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few isolated peak gusts near 55 to 60 mph are possible with a cold frontal passage Thursday morning. The front may also be accompanied by snow showers, potentially resulting in brief reduced visibility and slippery spots on roadways. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
