For the Gale Warning, east winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. * WHERE...Chesapeake Bay north of Sandy Point MD, Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor, and Chester River to Queenstown MD. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM to noon EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
