Ice accumulations of up to one inch with additional sleet accumulations possible. * WHERE...Ashley and Chicot counties in Arkansas, East Carroll, Morehouse, Richland, and West Carroll parishes in Louisiana, and Bolivar, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Sharkey, Sunflower, and Washington counties in Mississippi. * WHEN...From 6 PM Friday to 9 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice. Travel could be impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains, booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing. Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help you survive in case you become stranded. Do not touch downed lines and report any power outages to your electric company.
