Parishes. In Mississippi, Wilkinson, Amite, Pike, Walthall, Pearl
River, Upper Hancock, Upper Harrison and Upper Jackson Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could damage  crops, other
sensitive vegetation - especially tender plants that have already
started to bud and bloom.

Upper Lafourche, St. Charles, Upper Terrebonne, Lower
Terrebonne, Lower Lafourche, Wilkinson, Amite, Pike, Northern
Tangipahoa, Walthall, Southeast St. Tammany, Northern St.
Tammany, Southwestern St. Tammany, Central Tangipahoa, Lower
Tangipahoa, Northern Livingston, Southern Livingston, Western

* WINDS...Northwest 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
