...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Chautauqua, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Far southeast Kansas has experienced one to three inches of rain the past few days. While chances for additional very heavy rainfall and intense rainfall rates are highest south and southeast of the region over Oklahoma and the Ozarks, any additional rainfall on already saturated ground could support localized minor flooding.
