Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 9 AM to 8 PM CDT Sunday.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent on Saturday. Lowest relative
humidity values will be higher on Sunday at 20-30%.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
