In Indiana, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, and Newton Counties. * WHEN...From 6 PM CST /7 PM EST/ this evening to 3 PM CST /4 PM EST/ Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north to south roads through open and exposed areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind-whipped snow showers Sunday night through Monday morning may result in locally hazardous travel conditions. For the Storm Warning, west winds to 55 kt and significant waves to 16 ft occasionally to 21 ft expected. * WHERE...Calumet Harbor IL to Michigan City IN. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM CST this morning. For the Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for severe conditions.
