In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In south central Indiana, Brown and Monroe. In west central Indiana, Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Castle, Kennard, Sulphur Springs, Mooreland, Mount Summit, Straughn, Cadiz, Springport, Greensboro, Blountsville and Summit Lake State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
