State Road 32 east of Muncie floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 AM EDT Wednesday was 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.5 feet tomorrow morning. Madison County in central Indiana... * Until 215 PM EDT. * At 1041 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.25 to 1.25 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
