Portions of northwestern Indiana, including Lake, Porter, Newton, Jasper, and Benton counties. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Widespread flooding of low-lying including ditches and farm fields may occur. Widespread roadway flooding may occur. Area creeks and rivers may rapidly rise out of their banks. Some structures may flood.
