surface that will continue to trap pollutants.

northeast and southeast Oregon.

* WHEN...From 6 PM MST /5 PM PST/ this evening to 10 AM MST /9 AM
PST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Poor air quality may cause issues for people with
respiratory problems.
