Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, and Dubuque Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
