...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Isolated flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following areas, Buena
Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida, O'Brien, Plymouth and Woodbury and
northeast Nebraska, including the following areas, Dakota and
Dixon.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- While widespread heavy rain is not likely, some pockets of
heavy rain remain possible through early afternoon,
especially for areas of northeastern Nebraska and
northwestern Iowa
