* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central into east central Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Temperatures near and below freezing could lead to freezing fog in
some locations. While road temperatures are primarily above
freezing, isolated slick spots could develop on bridges and
overpasses.
