* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches along
and north of Highway 30. Strong
northwest winds gusting up to 45 to 55 mph may lead to significant
blowing snow in open and rural areas, and to sudden reductions in
visibility.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois and east central and
northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
