* WHERE...The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek
near Clarksville to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening to early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Seepage occurs in several basements close
to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 12.7 feet early Wednesday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
