* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisories, very cold wind chills of
20 below to 35 below zero. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
dangerously cold wind chills of 30 below to 38 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM CST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this
evening to midnight CST tonight. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
