...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 below expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, and the Mohawk and Schoharie Valleys, Greater Capital Region, mid Hudson Valley, Taconics and Glens Falls-Saratoga Region of eastern New York. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
