Across Southern Connecticut, scattered instances of urban and riverine flash flooding are likely. Large stem rivers in southern Connecticut are also forecast to go into minor flood on Monday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Across portions of Long Island and Southern Connecticut, 3 to 5 inches of rainfall is likely, with locally 6+ amounts possible.
