Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages. Plan on slippery road conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
