...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, North and
Central Sebastian, Northern Crawford, Northern Franklin, Southern
Crawford, Southern Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Central Le Flore, Central
and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Northern
Le Flore, Northern Sequoyah, Ottawa and Southern Le Flore.

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rainfall of 1 to 3 inches and locally higher
amounts greater than 4 inches are possible through Monday
afternoon across the watch area.
