At 626 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Burnwell to near Binion Creek Landing to Prairie Point. Movement was southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Southwestern Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Hoover, Bessemer, Homewood, Northport, Hueytown, Jasper, Fairfield, Eutaw, Aliceville, Cordova, Dora, Gordo, Carrollton, Pickensville, Holt, Pleasant Grove, Midfield, and Adamsville.
