In east central Wisconsin, Calumet and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Menominee, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage locations, including urban areas. Storm drains and ditches that are clogged with ice and snow may lead to flooding of adjacent roads.
