...EXTREME COLD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM CST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 40 below, with a few spots down to 45 below expected tonight. Daytime wind chill readings Friday will briefly be around 25 to 30 below before dropping again to around 30 to 35 below Friday night into Saturday morning. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A Cold Weather Advisory may be necessary Saturday morning if cold air lingers longer in the region. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
